The terms and conditions and the privacy policy are versioned. The version you accepted at registration stays recorded against your account even after a newer version is published.

The operating legal entity, registered address, registration number, VAT number and legal email address are not yet configured for this deployment, so nothing is shown here. They are maintained by the operator in the admin settings.

DEQVO stores a sign-in session and your language, country and booking-draft preferences on your device. These are required for the service to work. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Drivers additionally accept the driver document policy and the code of conduct during registration. Local licensing, tax and employment status requirements depend on the country.

Customers whose own vehicle is driven should confirm that their insurance covers a third-party driver. Insurance requirements differ per country.

Where a country-specific version of a document is published, it replaces the global version automatically for people in that country. Older versions are retired, never deleted.
